Our web site has a Secure Shopping Cart for your security.
We offer four methods for placing your order:
- Secure On-line Ordering
Use our Shopping Cart to safely place your order. Links to the Shopping Cart are located with each product.
- By Mail
You can print out the form provided in the Shopping Cart at checkout. Fill out the order form, and mail your order to us. Tip: You can check shipping costs by first using the Shopping Cart. Once you have this information, you can empty the cart and send in your form.

You can call us at 352-589-1702 between the hours of 9:00AM - 4:00PM (USA East Coast), Monday - Friday. Closed all holidays.
Because of government regulations, feed cannot be shipped outside the USA.
Items marked back ordered or temporarily unavailable can still be ordered. Your order will be held until the item(s) becomes available. We do our best to keep all harnesses in stock. However, from time to time we do run out of certain colors. We will e-mail you for a 2nd color choice so that we may ship your order in a timely manner.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
The information below is good for all products unless otherwise noted. For ordering information on books, just click on the link below the book of interest. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of our receiving the order (this excludes weekends).
USA SHIPPING OPTIONS (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES):
The shipping charge will depend on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
Our shipper of choice is FedEx Ground.
We are happy to ship light weight items (harnesses, leads, jewelry, & Odormute) via USPS Priority Mail upon request. Please just make a note in the comments section at check-out and shipping costs will be adjusted. These items are not insured and we are unable to track them.
You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. All freight carriers require a physical address. If we incure fees for shipping to a wrong address, you (the customer) will be responsible for these fees.
Orders are shipped FOB origin.
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Tuesday, unless that day is a holiday.
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE THE USA) :
Shipped via US Postal Service only. Additional postage will apply to all orders shipped outside of the USA. Recipients will be responsible for paying duties and taxes.
Because of government regulations, bags of feed cannot be shipped to foreign countries.
For all international orders, we cannot take responsibility for any customs problems.
Order Discrepancies and Returns
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 days on any discrepances or we cannot be responsilbe for errors.
30 Day Return Policy
Applies to all products except Feed.
Item must be in the original package.
Item must be in good, re-sellable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
We cannot refund shipping charges.
