SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION:

The information below is good for all products unless otherwise noted. For ordering information on books, just click on the link below the book of interest.

Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours of our receiving the order.

USA SHIPPING OPTIONS:

The shipping charge will depend on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.

Our shipper of choice is FedEx Ground.

Light weight items may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail upon request and shipping costs will be adjusted. These items are not insured and we are unable to track them.

You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. All freight carriers require a physical address. If we incure fees for shipping to a wrong address, you (the customer) will be responsible for these fees.

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday, unless that day is a holiday.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Available via FedEx. Overnight and 2nd day available and will be shipped the next business day if the order is received after 9AM Pacific Time. Additional postage will apply. No P.O. Boxes! Expedited Orders received after 9AM Pacific Time or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

25 lb bags of feed cannot be shipped by FedEx Overnight, or 2nd Day Air. They can only be shipped via FedEx Ground.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE THE USA) :
Shipped via US Postal Service only. Additional postage will apply to all orders shipped outside of the USA. Recipients will be responsible for paying duties and taxes.

Shipping time is approximately 6-10 business days.

For all international orders, we cannot take responsibility for any customs problems.

Because of government regulations, bags of feed cannot be shipped to foreign countries.

Order Discrepancies
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 days on any discrepancies or we cannot be responsible for errors.

30 Day Return Policy
Applies to all products except Feed.
Item must be in the original package.
Item must be in good, re-sellable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
We cannot refund shipping charges.
To return any product, please contact Pigs4Ever first for instructions.

We offer four methods for placing your order:

2. By Mail
You can print out our Mail Order Form, or the form provided in the Shopping Cart at checkout. Fill out the order form, and mail your order to us.

FEED ORDERS:

All feed cannot be shipped outside the USA.

Peak Performance Mini Pig Feed

Only available in 25 pound bags. Shipped directly from Pigs4Ever. Our shopping cart will show shipping costs. Only shipped via FedEx Ground.

Heartland Feed

The 25 and 50 pound bags of feed are shipped direct from Missouri via UPS Ground Only! Although most Heartland Feed shipments arrive within 7-10 days, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of 25 lb or 50 lb feed.

Heartland Feed can only be ordered by using the Heartland Feed Secure Order Form.

Heartland 25 lb or 50 lb bags of feed cannot be delivered by UPS overnight, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. It can only be delivered via UPS Ground.

Because of government regulations, bags of feed cannot be shipped outside the USA.
